Sarahs four-legged family
Casey
Casey is an Alice springs (Red heeler/dingo mix) special. She was purchased when Sarah and her partner travelled around Australia in 2016. Casey went missing in the Australian outback for 6weeks after falling off a ute; living 200km from the closes town, there was little hope for her return, but she found her way home and hasn't left our side since.
Casey is an amazing partner and is often seen helping out in private consults and on her bed in classes waiting to help with a demo.
KOda
Koda is an Australian Stumpy tail cattle dog with a smidge of border collie. He's the old man of the bunch and was purchased with my first paycheck in late 2014, just after graduating from high school. Koda has travelled and lived all across Australia with us. He doesn't really enjoy the company of other dogs and is more of a people dog, so you probably won't see a lot of him in classes unless at agility demos and in agility classes.
TEX
Tex is another Alice springs special and was purchased not long after Casey went missing. Tex was my problem dog and is the reason I got into dog training, Tex was both dog and human reactive due to lack of socialisation, and a few scary experiences led me to have a very fearful dog that was scared of the world. Through a lot of commitment and hard work, he is now much happier and loves agility and working, he likes most people he meets but still prefers human company over other dogs but is always improving.
I Karumba
Karumba is the newest addition to the household and joined us in December 2021. He's my first registered Australian stumpy tailed cattle dog from Talelesshill kennels in Mackay Queensland, he's been a pleasure to work with and im excited to see what his future holds.
